If you are in the North America or Europe

2thinknowTM are a boutique firm, however Christopher Hire, and key 'innovation agents' are in Europe and North America, regularly.

If your organisation can fit in with an existing trip this is preferable our normal executive daily rates and reduced costs / travel time will apply.

However we will make a single-roundtrip  trip for Airfares plus travel time at our normal executive daily rates for the service in question. Remuneration for services that are project-based, not rate based will require airfares plus limited costs, unless otherwise specified.

If the journey is longer than 2 hours, we will require business class airfares, and our preferred full-service airlines must be used.

If you are in Australia / New Zealand

Clients are more than welcome to visit our discreet, quiet training and business centre in Collins Street, Melbourne, Australia.

We are also happy to meet with you at a select number of sites within Sydney, CBD or most other capitals in Australia / NZ.

Alternately Qantas business-class airfares and suitable transport can be provided by prior arrangement, and with sufficient notice, we can visit your premises in most areas, for our normal executive daily rates for the service in question, and accommodation nearby.

If you are in Asia, Africa, Middle East or South America

You should note we have very little experience in most of these markets or cities.

Should we agree to take a job in these regions, we will only travel to a few select locations regionally including Hong Kong and Japan. We take seriously the advice provided by DFAT and the US State Department. We do not consult to currently Communist countries.

Payment Notes about International Travel:

Please note all payments for services and travel is prepaid via Credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or company cheque. An Invoice / receipt is provided in client's organization name.

Services for which payment is not received 10 days prior to service, will not be provided and a 50% cancellation fee charged.

British Airways

Partner airlines are generally fine, as are code-shares.

We support full-service airlines, & won't fly budget carriers on business nor cattle-carriers such as Ryan Air. Also we will avoid airlines with poor safety records like Air China.

Proper services and good service providers should be paid for & supported.
