Parramatta, Education and Innovation

Hello folks. I’m in Parramatta, a suburb of Sydney, but effectively a second city. Decidedly a hot dog & chips sort of place, there are some culinary delights, but like a lot of Sydney the food has the commercial kitchen taste until you find those good places where they are still cooking like at home. The food is still generally better value than the City here… And I have the occasional very nice meal, but Sydney food outside a few key establishments is best taken in small doses.

There’s more of my culinary delights  in my Innovation Travel Blog. Hopefully I avoid an upset stomach this time.

Also, I have posted about Fried Chicken Innovation in Education, jumping off from Leonard Waks Nexthings Blog here.

And this morning I am off to work soon… so….

Take care,

Christopher!

  1. I agree with Christopher
Sydney has never had good food, but now has got worst lately.Commercial kitchens have taken over and everyone wants to rip you off and no value for money. The oil they use is really bad (not sure if it’s even healthy the oil used). No love in food at all, just anger, perhaps because of the overpriced properties and fear in making a profit no matter the costs.

  2. Hey Chris

Sounds like you need some Greek lamb my boy. When you get back.
    Cheers

    John
