Hi there folks, more on my food and wine journal (sort of blog) on innovation in Sydney (well… Parramatta) and Melbourne (well all over the CBD), here.

Melbourne - salami, soup and winter-warming

Sydney - oh no more pizza, potatoes and pasta in Parramatta…

There’s more to be done, but I will be getting out and about a little more this weekend, and there is some more travel furthr afield coming, so watch this space on innovation.

and BTW, I know I have been eating comfort food, not by choice I assure you, some more culinary delights will ensue shortly. Ta Ta For Now…
