For the indexes, note 2ThinkNow does not directly measure patents, 2ThinkNow measure innovation at an earlier stage. We are interested in the economic development of cities short term with innovation. (This was misreported in a few new stories). However, there is a positive correlation between our Index conditions and patents in general.
