Connected Cities Data Model Briefing

In God We Trust, but All Others Must Bring Data

REACH AUSTRALIA’S DECISION MAKERS NOW ON INFRASTRUCTURE SPEND

Australia is facing economic headwinds and city congestion amid slowing economic growth (after migration). This equals future infrastructure spending by Morrison and States – as already hinted by AU Federal Reserve Governor.

2ThinkNow are propsoing a Connected Cities Data Model providing solid evidence to link infrastructure spend and higher GDP growth.

Data Model will recommend rail, smart cities infrastructure spend, with view of forming a future consortium. Recommendations include significant freight, rail, smart cities, tech, and other build with up to 7 new greenfield cities between Melbourne to Brisbane (875 miles approx). Data model will be interactive in Excel for convenience of user and speed.

Model basis instigated from work of Senior Economist Peter J Knight (ex-Reserve, ex BHP, and a major high-speed rail consortiums). Ultimate end deal is win-win for infrastructure companies, property developers, Government and residents. Evidence-, data- and outcomes- based (current gov-focus). Aim to boost GDP by 2%+ at limited long tail cost.

Seeking a reputable Australian or large industrial corporation (prefer USA, Japan) who would have:

  • Naming rights to this Data Model (as well as input, Executive Introduction, Logos), and
  • Capacity for future long term relationship on infrastructure deals at scale if successful.

As said, the data model will go to every major player/customer, so marketing ‘push’ alone is worth it.

Data model will be prepared at arms length from sponsor, consistent with white papers published at link below, adjusted for current conditions.

Time is of the essence, due to availability of significant capital for such infrastructure and political climate.

BACKGROUND FROM DEAL GATEWAY:

2ThinkNow are Aussie pioneers in data science (AusIndustry incentives, Austrade LP EU alumni). Opposite the Shrine in Melbourne, globally known for Innovation Cities™ Index. Data science and mobility data for governments, consultancies and F500 in Australia, Japan, USA, UK & EU. Deal priced for a quick low-end decision of USD $150K to cover costs – prepare and distribute a data model rapidly (6-8 weeks) on long-term infrastructure. Part of this will help with further PR/publicity as we garner support of some former journalists, economists and chairmen going forward.

2ThinkNow have identified this as a significant opportunity to influence infrastructure of Australian Federal Government and all East Coast State Government with a new Connected Cities Data Model. Your name will be with this model in front of key leadership at DPMC (Morrison’s office), DPC (leaders) of all 3 states, councils, LGAs, committees, numerous chairpeople, Infrastructure Australia, etc. And all relevant infrastructure, associations and state bodies, as well economists, committees, media, etc.

This will suit a reputable company looking to position and grow ‘front of mind’ leadership in long-term Australian infrastructure at a low cost.
